Burger with tilsiter
The United States meets Switzerland in this tilsiter cheeseburger, enriched with formentino, onion rings and gherkins. Enjoy your meal! try also this orange poke cake recipe too.
Ingredients

600 g of ground beef
salt
pepper
1 red onion
80 g of pickled gherkins
60 g of Tilsiter surchoix
4 hamburger buns
2 tablespoons of HOLL rapeseed oil
20 g of formentino
Ketchup

How to proceed
Preparation: approx. 40 minutes
Season the meat with salt and pepper and mix well. With the dough, make 4 hamburgers about 1 cm thick. Cut the onion into rings, the cucumbers and the cheese into thin slices.
In a skillet, briefly toast the buns on the cutting surface and set aside. Pour the oil into the same pan. Brown the burgers on both sides for approx. 6 minutes. Place the slices of cheese on the hamburgers, cover with the lid and continue cooking, until the cheese begins to melt.
